Center Street Community Health Center is a community-based and patient-directed Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides high-quality care for your whole family. Center Street Community Health Center provides primary medical, dental, behavioral health and optical services for all ages and life cycles. We take pride in our community and strive to provide quality care while maintaining a caring, hometown feel.

In 1995 we started taking care of the community in Marion, Ohio. We haven’t stopped since. We were home grown in downtown Marion, and stood by our community ever since, becoming your hometown healthcare.

Center Street Community Health Center provides total care for your whole family. No need to run all around town, to multiple offices, when we take care of all of your healthcare needs under one roof. CSCHC has created that hometown environment inside the walls of our building, and it can be felt as soon as you enter through our doors.
